I did, about 1000 miles ago... everything was bolted down tightly, and everything was done right... I dont' knowd what happened

Fire your mechanic! Just might not have been torqued down enough. Of course, you don't want to over do it either and strip the threads. Wonder if it would make sense to put a very small amount of anti-sieze compound on the area near the head of the bolt so it doesn't work its way out like that.

You should have shut your engine off right away. just like SEVNT4 said, if everything else was coated with enough oil. You should be fine.

Still no signs of major problems with the car... It's going to the dealership to get an alignment, and to get the motor checked out. I did find out how to post smaller pictures, so here you go...

I was back to the scene of the accident today... Still hasn't been cleaned up ... I should probably report it so it gets cleaned up, a bunch of idiots keep driving right on through it like it's mud Thats why there were tire marks in the oil in the pictures, a caddy just blasted through doing about 30
