Why did you have to cut your trunk floor?
To make room for the muffler and the piping. Sure you can do it by leaving the trunk as is but if you want your exhaust tips anywhere near your back bumper then you'll have to angle them a lot, and the piping/muffler are going to be extremely low almost touching the floor.
