Default photoshop help

The backstory: I bought this carbon fiber hood and i got some bad water damage on it, i believe from the lime in the water at my old house, so i had it wet sanded and cleared. It turned out brand new looking. It was great for about two weeks when my dad pressure washed this statue right in front of my car. This was at the house with the lime in the water and all the dirt and water got sprayed onto my hood and it was allowed to bake into the hood from the sun. SOooo I have had it wet sanded and cleared AGAIN! and it looks brand new AGAIN, but when the guy was doing it part of the carbon fiber someone peeled up and the air got underneath it and it bubbled and messed up the carbon fiber. SOOOOOOOO the only way to fix it would be to bondo over it and paint the hood. The messed up spot is on the bottom vent on the right in the corner of the vent, so What i am asking of the photoshop guru's of this site is:

1. paint the vents the same color as the car
2. make it so there is a stripe starting at the first vent and going up to the top of the hood, going over all the vents
3. ANy other paint scheme that might look ok, all that really as to be painted is the bottom right vent.

I appreciate any help that i could get on this!
thanks
alex

again thanks in advance!

Honestly I would just paint the whole hood. It would make it look more clean and hide the spot better.

i am not sure why are you trying to paint it, if the dude laid a good solid CC on the hood, you can polish out hardwater stain like nothing.

people don't realize how much you can compound the clearcoat.

no the clear is fine when he was reclearing though part of the carbon fiber seperated and air got underneath it and it bubbled up. It shouldn't of happened in the first place. so a square in of the cf broke off, and prb about 4 sg in around it is messed up, the cf itself, so i am trying to get someone to photoshop a paint scheme to cover it up. It is on the bottom right hand vent.
