Photoshop Request

Can any photoshoppers help me powdercoat these rims black and add a blue lip to it? Thanks. (Using another members car)

how can there be a lip. i dont see how its possible.

I mean paint the lip around the rim blue.

because there's no actual LIP on the 06 ap2 rims... i guess you can paint that one part.. but it connects to the spokes and is not distinct.

im no photoshop guru so i can't help you here;[ GL
