The bus made a illegal turn causing me to run into the side of him. No kids where on board.(lawsuit)

I was traveling approx 25 mph and hit the bus just in front of the rear wheels. The rear axle came off the bus and it plopped on the hood of my car(gvw 29,700lbs).

I suffered 2 broken ribs cuts bruises and a nasty airbag burn.

The car was a total loss.
