Probably not many people have tried, since the highest offset in a 16" is a +42 whether in 7, 7.5 or 8". Of course that will be debated about whether those work or not. The 16" CE28Ns have better offsets available 16x7 +48 and +60 (I think the +60 is new?), 16x7.5 +46, 16x8 +49. The CEs weigh less as well.

from Volk? I think 10 sets have to be ordered for that custom offset for them to make it.

In short, yes ... Volk can customize whatever offset on any size along with whatever material constructed and finish as long as it's in their range. Nothing money can't do.
