you guys are crazy!...i don't have that much money, if i didn't like the results, it would be a while until i can buy and paint a new rear bumper....it's been done before, someone posted pics of their exhaust and bumper cut

um its really easy to put a plastic piece back onto a plastic bumper. if u were local id do it for free just out of curiosity...

 

aand it looks ok, but might look super ok with a nice diffusor. like the new apr?
