i was thinking about doing my ap1 rims black on my sebring but my wife didn't like the idea of black rims. after reviewing it, black is too dark and too much of a contrast to sebring, as it is a light silver, and instead of complementing it is distracting. probably better if you had a carbon fiber hood/trunk for a patchwork effect if doing black but black rims are better for a silverston than sebring.
i love it and hate it at the same time, i will be going mag blue though i think. Black on sebring looks good close up in person, but looks bad in pictures and from a distance.

Here's my Sebring about 2 years ago on STOCK suspension and black AP1's.
I'm currently running Mag Blue AP1's with Espilir springs and Koni Yellows on the upper perch.
that looks pretty good, even for stock height. it would look odd if i did that cause i have the all red interior. im trying to decide what color wheels to go...
Funny request. I'd say that locally this is by FAR the most common color combination. There are at least 3 sebrings with aftermarket black wheels in the area, plus a few more that resprayed oem wheels. There is one with a red lip that looks pretty good, and another with a polished lip that looks decent too.
You have SO MANY color options that go well with sebring. I predict that the days of black wheels are coming to an end just like white wheels a few years back. Time to be different!
