The turbo install lets the car down significantly and is unfortunately not to the same spec as the rest of the car.
Still, at least it's not ruined and could easily be sorted - still a cracking car.

My thoughts exactly. That turbo kit looks like dirt on what took quite alot of time, effort and money to put together. And silly windshield stickers and a useless wing?

The car was literally perfect before, not so much longer. That's how you tell when you built something amazing, when people talk about it years after it's done. The new owner did a bad thing here.

I could probably stare at this car for hours. Actually, over the past few years, I probably have...

Is it weird that I like the garage floor too? I mean, it's wood.

There's nothing useless about an ASM wing. Especially when you're dealing with an abundance of power and inadequate downforce to put it to the ground. I would've went the Toda route with this car, but I'm obviously not the one who bought the car from Diez lol it's still a work of art, regardless.

I've been away from this forum for a while. There were two things I wanted to check in on:

1) Is there another Homecoming being planned?

2) What ever happened to Diez' S2000?

Glad to see that a feeler is being put out for the next Homecoming. I'm also happy to see these pictures are still here, and stickied to boot!

Kinda sad that he ended up selling that thing, though. My all-time favorite S2000. The original build thread was awesome.
