I say do what ever you want, weld an aluminum Tee-ball bat on the shifter if that's what suits your fancy. The same idiots telling people to go outside the norm with diff. colored wheels and crazy ideas are the ones telling you to stick with the same shift knob style that everyone else is using. They are all confused both about cars and their sexuality.
