ryan,
the mugen FRP hardtop...

exterior is primered off white ready for paint
interior is like gel black coated...kind of shiny

for me...my exterior and interior is a little scratch...i got it painted inside and out for ~$700. i didn't worry about the color matching because i painted berlina pearl black.

here are some raw pics...enjoy!

final product...
I bought my FRP from DXLST(thanks again Leo!) and I thought he had the inside painted too. So it comes that way from the factory huh? It's like a semi-glossy black gel coat. The color is not really consistent throughout the entire roof. Some of it is shiny while other spots are dull. It doesn't bother me, because I don't usually look up when I'm driving.

S2X,

Your S has got to be the best GPW specimen out there! And to think I had a $1k deposit on a GPW for $3k over MSRP before I found my NFR @ MSRP. It just might have been worth the dealer markup.

thanks for the kind words.

you can always painted your NFR to GPW

you should not let the dealer know that GPW is your first choice of color when buying the s2000. the same thing happan with me when i was purchasing the DC2 way back. they want 2k more for my first choice.

Mugen has two versions CF and FRP
the FRP is around $2600 unpainted
You put the soft top down and then place the HT on.
