Took this 20 mins ago.

It looks brighter on one side, but trust me that's just because of the shutter of the camera and the angle. The brightness is the same both sides

Blue lights are definitely illegal... Been pulled over for having them as a background glow to my headlights when I was 16...
He made me rip them out then and there or he would write me a ticket...
