Then I had to drill a new hole for the right trunk mount so I could lower the right side of the trunk. This closed the massive gap that I had between the right end of the trunk and the rear quarter panel.

taking out both springs makes ALL the difference. mine was pretty crappy until i took em out. and having unequal resistance from the springs im sure didn't help

Naw...I took out the spring for the side that had the gap. It lowered a little bit, but not enough. The springs don't do that much....my was REALLY crappy. It fits perfect the way ihave it setup now tho
