how about a picture with just ONE wiper?! You know, where part of it is already up and its in its 'resting' position.

 

Take the two nuts off. Stand the wiper arm up at a 90 degree angle and move the half closest to the bolt back and forth until it comes loose. Once loose...it should slide right off the bolt.

Wow. I've been doing the 'wiper removal' mod since I could drive . I always have mine off and I just keep them in the trunk along with a 12mm socket and ratchet... so if it happens to rain suddenly I can just slap them on. By the way, Rain-X is your best friend .
