when i had mine, i had the eyebolts on the top but think that was wrong. i'd put the harness bar so that the eyebolts are on the bottom.

i don't think it matters if it goes on the top or the bottom. Cusco roll bars have threads where you can attach an eye bolt on to the harness bar
