nice pics, especially love the url
hehe. it's funny how I came up with the URL. i sat at my desk trying to figure out something that stood out but everything was taken. then it popped into my head.

at the events, most people can't remember my real name (Phuong) so I was always referred to "the Asian guy with the camera" because they always remember my pictures.

regardless of where I go, even in my local area, I always look like a tourist. Asian guy walking around with a camera haha.

When shooting vehicles outdoors, I'll keep a B+W circular polarizer on both lenses. Indoors, I'll use a B+W UV on the 16-35 and no filter on the 70-200.
Do you know if there's any difference from a B+W CP to a regular CP?

B+W, Heliopan, & Hoya are usually considered the better brands of filters. I like B+W since they use brass for the ring instead of aluminum or plastic. I've read some stories (though not often) of filters getting stuck on the lens from lesser brands. The quality of the optics is also top notch. The way I look at it, if you spend $1000+ on a lens, there's no point in putting a $20 filter. The loss of image quality is minor and most won't notice but I'd rather not risk ruining a shot from a low-end brand.
