pic's requesty of J's Type's body kit

i am really into the j's racing type's carbon FRP body kits, but i live in the City so i really worry about the kits will gets damaged. So far i dropped my car with 3/4 inch fron, 1 inch rear.
So if someone can give me a little help , i will great apreciated.

compare to the stock front bumper , how much more lower does the J's racing front bumper does?
