Default The pics you were waiting for

Ok, I know I've been lazy about posting updated pics since I got my hardtop, but weather and lazyness played a big role. Anyway, for those that didn't pick up the first half of the story, you can read about it here: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=275511

So, the hardtop came in and I have done the following mods:

5% tint all around
painted calipers black with decals
leather covered trunk
custom cut momo mat guards
added custom wrapped tein dampers
Injen intake
3M clear bra

And here are the pics:

a good use of extra brake decals

The little momo box in the foreground is a momo component crossover. I thought it flowed well with the mats:

Zaino, eat your heart out. A nice shine from Meguiars NXT:

Well, there you have it. I bought a berlina top before I planned on doing the stripes and wondered how it would look now that I had the stripes done. I thought about painting the top to match, but I love the all black look on top. To me it looks very stealthy. Overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome. It's obviously a love/hate thing but I find that the more people like it than not. And while it might not be everybody's cup of tea, atleast it was done professionally with no corners cut. Comments and questions are welcome.

I think you're super cool for doing things YOU want on your car and not worry about other people.

Thanks for the comments guys. To answer a few questions,

The trunk was a royal PITA to do. This being my second time, I tried to do it a different way, but ended up using the same system I used last time and alot more leather material. I'll see if I can get some more shots of it later.

The dampers are not CF, but are wrapped with CF type material. The green of the Tein's clashed with the whole engine bay so I had to do something about it.

I plan on doing wheels eventually. Probably the black LE37's, but it's still a ways off.

Hope to see some of you at the SESM.
