Why not tape off the LED, mold it to your trunk and paint it?
Sorry if I was unclear. This is exactly what I meant I want the LEDs to be exposed and still working just painted around it. And then I wanted to see that combo with the OEM wing, if that was possible or if anyone has done it already.
Pretty much if someone can do a quick photoshop of paint around the LED lights. I want to see if this will look clean! Some pics to work with! BTW, sorry about the late reply.

See I was not that clear, but I still want the third brake light to show the LEDs, but I want it painted all around the LEDs in the red area.
I can't find the pics but Salty Dog has a painted brake light. Can't remember if he has a spoiler though.
Salty Dog's was molded then painted. I, on the other hand had my friend tape off the LED's then paint the rest silver. Oops, no OEM spoiler. *smacks forehead.

This is the exact picture that looked at that interested me into painting my third brake light.
Someone please try and attempt to photoshop my photo, or add an OEM wing to the silver S2K that would be great. Sorry just want to see if it's even worth it. Thanks for all the help and ideas so far!
