No sir, you don't have to get the "package." However, the special "S2K offset" Rota D2 is a staggered set. If you want to get all 4 with your own choice of offsets, I would just search any site sponsor who sells Rotas and see what they offer.

Just off the top of my head, try www.machiii.net, as I purchased Slipstreams from them about 4 years ago.
