wow i walked away from this thread for like a day and this happend heh
ah well, regardless i liked the white ap2 there was a couple parts on that car caught my attention.
it was cool to meet everyone out there skip, ryan (even thow i met you last year at SEMA IAS) the guy with the silver s2k with the endless brakes and the guys from canada.

Without getting into it. 
The reason most of the OG members on this board get so pissed is the younger crowd coming up buying this car (now that they can afford it) (BTW where were they when this car came out, when it was $37000 In 2000 or 2001?) I will tell you, they couldn't afford it (again not all kids) and were driving a civic or integra at the time. Nothing wrong with that but thats what I see. Anyway you see these kids modding it with absoluetly no taste what so ever. They just piece shit together without doing any research on the parts. I know its none of our business but when we try to educate/help them and they roll their eyes and think they know everything when the fact of the matter is they do not. Thats what pisses us off. Then you see them driving down the street with stupid red acura emblems on the S2000 and revving the engine in traffic thinking they are in FATF movie with their Weapon R intake and 5zigen exhaust thinking they can go 200 mph in this car. I hate that shit and it wont go away. I know. Then you hear kids say hmm I think I should get Project Mu brakes. WTF is that? First off they have had the car a week. How the hell would they know if they need new brakes. Simple. They dont. OEM brakes work fine enough. Then they think they can get them for $2000 or cheaper when we all know if you go through Macken they are $4000+. Been there done that. I know they have not. I guess we have to all take a step back, take a deep breath and accept what they are going to do even if its ruining the car. In their eyes its making it faster or making it look better. In our eyes it looks like crap, cheap, and does not help in the performance category or any category for that matter. But hey they are 19 or 24 or whatever and think they know everything. I mean I was that age before and went through the same phase. We all do. Anyway thats my gripe for the day. Sorry it was so long. Again this is not all kids its more or less the ricers that rev on you or do stupid things. Almost as bad as that Toyota Paseo I saw with a DOHC Vtec emblem on it. Thats pure RICE! Or better yet the Ford Focus with Saleen decals all over it.
