See above comment about Plasti Dip before you judge, eh? Google it and you'll see that's how it's done. It's incredibly easy and totally reversible. Why would I take them off?

thanks for the link to the diy.. i had to double take multiple times because i saw spray directly on the vehicles paint lol

I did the same not long ago on my Berlina Black. Looks great and is super easy to do.

The nice thing about it is you can peel it off whenever you want. My wife wanted to murder out her Mini by covering all the chrome bits with plasti dip, I guess a lot of people do it.

I like that there is no sanding or prep whatsoever, just make sure the surface is clean and dry. Its also cool because if I decided I didn't like it, it comes off in a second

That being said, I love it.

Very easy take off...just follow the link posted by K1NG and you can see the video he did removing the plasti-dip from his rims. I did my rims in white, but have since taken it off.
