hey thanx guys for all the comments, anyways i finish putting in my double din radio last night. i thinki it came better than expected.

also, heres a profile pic, and a picture of my interior for those who didn't beleive me that it was all back in

 

the picture quality is really good but the car is too low for my taste it's clean tho

I love how your car sits, plus I dig the double-DIN radio. But it looks like you've lost the center vents...is that right?

 

Are those zip-ties holding the two halves of the roll bar cover together?

 

yea i did lose the center vents, but hey how many people have a double din in their s without cutting a hole in the dash. Thanx for the compliments.

And yea they are zip ties cuz when you take that cover apart the top part is held together with glue so that glue doesn't work anymore once split. And i didnt want to use crazy glue, last time i used that on plastic it turn white and got messed up. Expensive mistake so i didnt want to push it

 

Do you have pics to show how the double den head unit was installed? Is the outer piece AKA fit kit a custom made part or did you grab it from an electronics store? Thanks!!

 

I like the tints! but the car is too low man!. taking away from styling. Just my opinion though.

 

The kit : i made it myself, i got a flat peice of plastic and cut it a little bigger than exact size so that it fits snugly. Then some adhesive upholstery glue, wraped it with red vinyl and then put everything in place. And tada you've got a double din.

Ohh i forgot to say that you have to pull out the main brain to the air bag system.( so no more air bags) and you got to pull out all the brackets back there. Other than that its all go.
