I'm going to put a heat gun to it when I get some spare time, to see if I can get it to pop back to how it's supposed to be..

Lift it up and check the bolts/screws first. It could be that the alignment is off and the screws are warping the lip...if tha'ts the case, a heat gun won't do anything...it might even make it worse. Find out if there is any stress being induced on the lip as it's sitting right now. Resolve that, then, if there is permanent warpage to the lip, apply a heat gun when it's off the car.

I liked the old look. To me it flowed a lot better.

I didn't drill all the holes on the front, that could be why.. Because like I said it didn't look warped before I got it on the car..

That's the exact reason I got rid of the old look, it flowed really good when I had my front splitter.. But after it got destroyed on the interstate I felt like I needed something black in the front of the car to tie in the rear and sides.. Got another front splitter to make it look complete again and then a week after a big meet, it too lost to the treacherous New Orleans interstate system..

So I said screw busting another splitter, and since the second one breaking had ruined the under tray on my car I said I wasn't going to buy another one..

It actually looks a LOT better without that splitter, IMO. Too aggressive for a street car, not functional enough to be a track car.
