i have yet to see an actually monte carlo blue s in person in the bay but I do know for a fact that there is one s that's colored close to it. That person has a custom blue job that's pretty close I believe he goes by the handle name SZOOO.

but i could be wrong about the whole monte carlo blue in the bay.
