This is why:

I think I will just do these again, similar but a little different, with a single cap. I am going to cut the vents prior to paint, so the lip of the cuts is GPW, and not black urethane. Maybe it will help the edges look cleaner. Plus FWIW, theyre functional.

I could make the vent thinner, as in keep the lower line the same, and make the top cut lower.
Or I could move the entire vent down, so that the bottom cut touches the exhaust cap. Might be clean with no GPW strip there. I am guessing it will give the appearance of a whole different bumper shape, vs just a vent. I will PS later. That also might be easier to cut which I like the idea of. I'll toy with all ideas because I wont be cutting the new bumper for 2 months or so.
