Polished wheels are great, but cleaning them is a b*tch, my Dads Porsche had them, he paid me to clean them because he was too lazy. He said that would be the last set of polished rims he would ever buy. Mothers polish gets expensive after a while....

 

Forget Mothers Polish, Eagle 1 is my choice makes these wheels shine....Still on one can 5 bucks for 1 year and still have more left so you must be Globbing the Mothers stuff to much!!!!!!! Tried mothers not impressed by it....

lol @ these retards that say polished looks good and chrome doesn't. They basically look the same! Polished is just lighter most of the time. Chrome just has a stigma attatched to it, but you can tell who the leaders are and who the followers are by people who make comments like that. Post up some SSR"s or Advans in chrome or "super black chrome finish" and all the nutswingers will say, oh, that chrome is nice...you know...cause it's jdm. Lame.

I'm actually looking for some chrome wheels, but not sure which ones I want- are there any wheels for the S2k that come in chrome, or does everyone have to get them chromed after they arrive?

 

I think i'm so anti-chrome because most of the wheel styles for chrome wheels are hideous. This is why HRE's look good in polished/chrome because they have nice designs. With that said, I like polished/chrome/anodized lips on my wheels, but not for the centers.
