post your S with 19" here!
Since your thinking about such a large wheel, weight of the wheel/tire combo that you use should
be a major factor in your search, unless you just want looks which is also fine. Search for
ROTATIONAL MASS if your not familiar with the term, I'm not going to go into it in this thread as it
has been discussed many times before, and you'll learn how adding a larger and/or heavier
wheel will affect your cars performance in areas such as acceleration.
I've never seen any that were lighter than the stock setup, but mine are the same weight as the
stock setup. I've got pics of them on the scale somewhere...
I noticed a big change between 16" and 18", and then 19". Some will, and I guess some don't.
Just remember this is an internet forum and there are many opinions mixed in with the facts.
It doesn't matter if you get a bunch of these
if your not happy with what you end up with.
Good Luck!

It is rare to find 19"s that weigh less than 17-18lbs.

You dont really notice the difference between 18s and 16s stocks.

Even though some 19" wheel and tire combo's will weigh the same as stock, the weight is farther from the axis of rotation, which means greater rotational inertia, which will reduce braking and acceleration performance.

I have 18s and dropped a little bit and my front wheels are rubbing against the fender sometimes. I'm sure 19s would rub as well. 18s ride as smooths as stock. You dont really notice the difference between 18s and 16s stocks.
and/or because of thickness+turning the wheel
nicer susp+tires that are oem specs=no rub

whats rubbing is your tires because of suspension travel..
