What kind of spring do you guy use?How much can you lower the car with your spring?

 

eibachs lowered my car about 1"...
with a little help from photoshop (thx webgod!- btw, they lowered his car about 1" without photoshop!):

Use Ground control coilovers so then you can adjust them.

i have a 17 work emotion wheel with stock spring....
the car looks so ugly....there is a big gap between the car and the wheel
how many inch should i lower the car....
i am going to buy a H&R spring...the shop told me that the spring can lower the car about 0.75 mm...is it enough???
