Default Powder Coated Valve Cover

Hey guys, just got my valve cover back from the shop. I had it painted passion red with a coat of clear on top. What you think. Think I should shave off the letters from the spark plug cover or leave it all black?

I ground the letters off my spark plug cover and then I coated it wrinkle black. Looks great imo.

Nice. Do you have a pic you can post? I can use my drememl to sand it down and then prep around the letters to paint it. What tape did you use for the prep?

Oh I meant I completely removed the letters all together. Ground them down to be flat with the rest of the spark plug cover. I will post a pic of it shortly though.

if you must use the original spark plug cover, remove letters and paint black.

if you can, purchase a carbon fiber cover.

Go with a CF one or get the alloy craft snap in black one.

Thanks guys. Now i just need to clean the engine bay a bit.

On a side note, does anyone know the torque specs on the valve cover bolts?

Thanks
