yikes thats crazy

 

i would file a claim with their insurance for the lost value of your car for resale. if this happened a year ago you should still be in your statute of limitations to make a claim.

I also had a silver lude it was my first jdm car i loved every second of it and i loved the vtec on it too now i miss my lude the only thing i miss is the back seats

 

i have a s2000 prelude too.. this was back in 2004

Weird...the lude was the spark that ignited the fire to desire an s2k for alot of us eh?

We can all agree the lude drove smoother and a LOT quieter inside cabin and speaker system! Great car..just way too heavy..and needed rwd

 

I never planned on buying my AP1 so soon. I was constantly fixing the lude and reverse going out was the last straw for me. I planned on selling the lude but the Mugen kit is so damn sexy. The pictures I have don't do it justice.

Man, I've got my own AP2 nowadays yet somehow a tinge of jealousy got sparked when I read through this thread! I wanted a Lude so insanely bad...I thought it was "my" car; that it looked like me, and it was made for me.

I remember saving up my money from summer jobs and then later in high school just so that I could buy a Prelude. Of course, I wanted the 5th gen SH, but I couldn't seem to find one for sale in my price range. Maybe this speaks to their popularity at the time ('98-'00) or possibly I wasn't looking hard enough. I eventually had to 'settle' for a 2000 Si.

I loved that Si and had too much fun w/it...but it in no way/shape/form compares with the S2K.
