Default PRM Intake

Just a few shots from when I installed my PRM. GREAT SOUND!


Thanks to all the members on S2Ki who posted photos of their installs because I used those photos as the hose diagram. The instructions it comes with leave a lot to be desired so all of the member help was extremely useful, as evidenced by the Powerbook under the hood and the printous on the front quarterpanel:

wow, thats differnt. Ive never seen that intake before. So i take it the filter is actually in the middle of the intake tube Shoulent it be on the end by where the stock airbox was I never seen a setup like that before, just wondering.

Nice to see the PRM's still popular and glad that Gerry is shipping them with better
filters. It seems sooooo long ago that he shipped the first one in the US to me. Six intakes
later....LOL (finally settled on the Comptech due to the vented hood).

that was their old filter. and K&N filters-- from my research-- let in a lot of dirt. their foam ones, particularly (pun ). they may show gains by being more free-flowing, but they do so at the sacrifice of what they're designed to do: filter dirt.

that'z a bummer if it's a K&N foam.
