Uuhm. Aren't those brake discs in front switched sides?... Left disc on right side and vice versa..? Or am I wrong?.

No, Im pretty sure you are right... they are supposed to sweep up to the top to remove the dust up and out while the car is moving... those are on backwards (and are pretty much ruined now since they have been driven on that way and had the pads seated/bedded).
