Project: interior
To fit with the more aggressive....way more aggressive exterior that Im working on this winter, I decided to spice of the interior with some custom pieces. My buddy had an extra gauge cluster surround and decided to chop it up and add something a little more wild. He worked on it fiberglassing and sanding and fabricating this piece. Took some time and i think it came out great. I will be relocating the HVAC to the cup holder. The engine start will be molded near the roof switch and emergency flashers. The defroster and cruise control will be molded in the upper corners between the shifter and radio door. The top gauges on each side will be on a custom made quick release so I could still use the holes as vents for heat or A/C. The panel right now is painted with basf flat black but I will most-likly paint it to match the color of the car. I am probably going to go with the AEM gauges or the automete nexus line. lemme know what you think...
