Default Project Widebody-- more pics p.5

Hello everyone my name is Adam, and I am from southern Ontario Canada (5 minutes from detroit). There are a few members on here that might know me, not many, so thats why I'm here.

I was never too involved in the japanese imports my life, owning all different kinds of cars: jeep gr. cherooke
pontiac vibe gt (or matrix xrs, w/e u prefer lol)
bmw 330ci, which is gone very soon

So for the last 2 or 3 years I have been searching for a car that I can call my own. First looked at maybe 3rd gen rx7, but no luck finding one in proper working condition for less than a small fortune, then came the idea of a wrx or sti, but again didn't really interest me, hoping for a supra, but again not enough $$$$

Enter the car I bought lol

MY00 with 56K miles, now i know it looks like shit, but hey I got the car for a steal, only $5500 USD shipped from Virgina to me here in windsor. The engine works fine and frame was great, except when I went for my alignment last week it was off by 3/4" so I bought new lower control arms and a new front subframe.

So basically, for the last 6 months, the car has been in the shop getting worked on. I opted to stay away from the oem look, since i wanted to stand out in the crowd, hence the WIDEBODY! I decided to go with the chargespeed kit after some thought, I got it through Vivid Racing, and went through hell due to damaged rear bumper, missing front lip (which i still don't have) etc. Well anyways, here is a link to some photos I have taken over the process for all to look at.

ENJOY!

I will post a list of parts and mods I have bought over the past 6months soon

Special Thanks to:
Dom @ Ont. Collision
Dickson @ A&J Racing
Albert @ Speedstar
Riley @ Rijo Engineering... u know what that means lol
Matt @ Vivid Racing
and others too mention later

$5500!!?!?! holy crap. I live in Virginia. I would have bought that car if I knew about it. You could strip that thing down and make a huge profit.
