That's a French license plate, and it looks like a typical provence landscape.
I even think this pic is part of a bunch of press images Honda did 2 years ago for the launch of the S2000, shot on the Cote d'azur.

there are plenty of places you can find shots like that, but they are usually posted by mYuuki!!!
