As ITR Links it's apparently the Lair Factory demo car. If anyone can read japanese we may be able to find the parts.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they are custom front and rear.

Browsing the blogs and a search of Yahoo Japan yielded quite a few more pictures. Apparently Lair Factory has some other s2000s as well. ASM Wide Body, Mugen, and I think a G-Games?

How would one go about make a custom front end? I wouldn't know where to begin...that can't be inexpensive.
