Angry Quick photoshop skills required...

For the last few days I've been trying to resize this image via CS2 and also with some other photoshop apps. I have come to the point that I cannot resize it and its getting on my nerves for real. I never felt so useless in photoshop until now! More specific I want the image to be reduced within this size properties but to keep the gif animation:

Length: 500 pixels
Height: 150 pixels
Capacity: 45 kbs

Is there anyone who can help me with? I apologise for posting such a thread to the S2000 Gallery. I was trying to avoid this but... @$#@^%

At least is S2000 related!

i did it but you can't get 150 pix height unless you want it to look like ass. also 45kb is unrealistic unless you want it to look like asses neighbor; pooh.

here is 500px wide, the best you can get for a resize

Thanks for your quick response. Is it possible the original picture to be reduced to 45 kb and keep the dimensions as it is? Or slightly reduced? Just show me how bad is it.
