Is the hood and lip just painted flat black?

Hood used to be cf I painted it flat black for now the lip is unpainted. I plan to change everything eventually to MCB.

Gotcha. It looks pretty cool the way it is, I was just wondering. However once all painted it should look awesome. Can't wait!
