How much tighter is your Gias compared to your reclinable passenger seat?

i currently have recaro pole positions in my car and it doesnt rub at all. on either sides. i am 6 feet tall and 150 pounds. i have a little bit of space in the seat and its fine.

i am in the process of switching them out for bride zeta 3's. the brides seem a bit more snug for me. but i am skinny.

heres pictures of the recaros in my car.

Based on my local SCCA official direction the racing seat must be attached to the roll cage unless the seat is FIA 8855-1999 approved.

Of cores all harnesses above 3 pts must be attached to an appropriate roll gage for maximal safety and protection of the driver.

Unless you are going for a bling factor (Bride, Recaro non FIA street seats) might want to check out Racetech. FIA approved and depending on model are a lot cheaper than a Bride/Recaro style seat.

King uses Racetech in most of there shop race cars which said something about there reliability and safety.

Just because its cheaper does not mean it will look bad and be substandard. When I get around to doing my seats I will be going with the Racetech shells with a custom CF inserts with new memory foam and custom covers.

Show me some information that shows that Seibon does any kind of testing on their seats and I will retract my statement.
