You take the good with the bad at SEMA. Believe it or not, they are making 28" rims now

The first car is a Volvo one-off show car with the engine in back. It was for sale for $130. Cheap, actually.
The copper colored car is a Ford '40 coupe made entirely from copper. It's got new GT40 running gear and engine in the back.
The orange car at the bottom was made in only 3 months.
