If you have seen Khiro's white S2k from the Bay Area, you will see how much you can roll your rear fenders. I have no doubt that these wheels on his car would not rub with a 245 rear tire. His rear fenders look sweet and he is running really aggressive rears like you. Give him a pm and ask for pictures of his custom rear setup with a custom Enkei wheel setup. I didnt believe it but then when I saw it at Opak I was a believer. Most of you guys have to see his car. You can easily fix your rear fenders than go the Khiro route (ie meaning how he rolled them) and you can run this low offset with a 245 or 255 rear tire. I ran at one time a -3.6 degrees rear camber and went through tires every 8-12 months. But I was able to run more aggressive rear offsets.

FYI 245 is the OEM rear tire sizing. 255 is a wider than OEM size. I have seen maybe 10% of all boardmembers on this site running larger than a 265 rear tire. So your contact patch would be better than OEM if you run a 255 tire which is an excellent rear size regardless of what people think. Plus this is what you want. BTW if you get tired of these wheel I would gladly take them for my NSX. I have aggressively rolled rear fenders on my NSX so I can run the lower offsets that the standard next guy couldnt run.

Also keep in mind that most of the negative comments are from owners with an otherwise OEM/stock setup. So of course they are going to say it doesnt work or CANT work when I have seen just as aggressive setup as yours working just fine. If you really want to just buy the Js overfenders and this is a done deal. Those are like $250 and then another $75-$100 to paint, then slap on 285s.

Thanks. From this picture it almost looks like the Cwest rear fenders. LOL By any chance do you have a shot from the front so you can see from another angle?

Nice picture BTW.

The thing is, AS IT STANDS, the wheels do not fit.

We all know that with the proper modifications, anything is possible. just look at the people contributing to the thread. note JsAP1 and his widened fenders; and kayvan pour's stretched ones highlight this fact. plus, there are over fenders available for purchase as well.

if you posted up the pics when the mods are complete and everything fits, i'm sure you'd get plenty of praise. but you posted it up half-finished with crumpled fenders and say LOOK IT FITS!!

i'm sure someday it will but right now, it doesn't

If he ups his camber to -3.6 degrees and go with a 245 or 235 rear tire then he would be ok.
IF the queen had balls she'd be the King.

Small tires that have so much camber they'll look like a truck with a broken axle, yeah that's fitting alright.

^ i was referring to your s2000 with the stretched c-west fenders, IIRC.

i made no mention of rear quarters, only fronts. i offered the suggestion of over-fenders, just as you did. no difference there.

the author said that he raised up the car a little, indicating that he doesn't have full functionality in his suspension and/or steering.

i agree with you, nothing is impossible, but as of right now, with that ride height, with that section-width tire, and without the proper body mods, it doesn't fit.
