Default The Real S2K From Hell

For all you S2K enthusiasts, this is about as good a video as I have ever seen done. My buddy Brent and I have been talking about this video for some time, and we finally shot it this past weekend. He has become such a talent, and truly out did himself. Enjoy:

I do, but the forum life seems to have died down pretty heavily and thus I haven't kept up with it:

Yeah it has died down quite a bit. I did just join the north texas s2ki facebook page that seems to be pretty active. Were you always running the factory transmission before the sequential? How did it and the r200 diff hold up with all the power?

I had a stock trans, then went to a PPG Helical Synchro set, then the sequential. The stock ones would last for a while around 600whp, but then would shit 2nd gear out. The PPG set was phenomenal and took everything I could throw at it, I was just limited by the fact it was a synchro set that I couldn't consistently full throttle shift every gear. For a street car that just wants to hold power I would recommend the PPG synchro set 10/10 times.

Also, I am in the Dallas area in case you didn't know

Hmm im going to have to check out the PPG set, Ideally id like to have a 500+hp(to start) street car but was worried about how long the rear or trans would last. Im also limited to 91 fuel locally (yay for living in western Oklahoma). Wish i was closer to OKC or Dallas for easier access to 93 or E85.
