Rooster tails don't affirm anything. You can get the same effect throwing a piece of cardboard down there. In order for that rear diffuser to truly shine, you need an almost flat undercarriage to direct the airflow to the diffuser. Plus you really need to hit speeds well over what's legal on us highways.
