Okay, you asked! I like the carpeting, but don't like the location for the amps. Kind of sticks out like a sore thumb. The box is nice and although you would never really see it, it could use some carpeting. Other than that, nice job!

Well I got the carpet for free because my father owns a car stereo store and had some laying around. I believe the carpet would be something like $2.00 a yard and I got 5x1 yards so it cost me roughly $10 plus a can of spray glue ($4.00). The sub is an 8" jl w3. It is rated to handle 200 rms (something like that). The digital 300 in powering it with 1000 rms. JL audio underrates there subs always. It have enough bass for what I listen to, but of you are looking for a massive amounts of bass, then this setup would not be for you. Also, because the sub vents directly into the cabin, the bass is much cleaner and I have no trunk rattles at all.

I'd stick the amps in the spare tire well instead of the box. They seem to stick out too much. I'd hate to see you get groceries in there. You'd most likely end up whacking a wire or something.

Also, you should get some acoustic benefit from the trunk's volume.
