Default removed a few things :)

the a/c system alone must weigh more than a bit. the compressor itself feels really heavy.

had to use the mugen compressor less engine belt, from king motorsports.

removed the stock roll bars and seat belts (my air bag light is on though) and installed the cusco roll bar along with takata harness.

the removal of the a/c was easy(my mechanic abilities are not that great)

roll bar was straight forward but due to the car bieng a convertible it was a pain in the a*

-hrc

stock belts and hoops

compressor

all of the a/c system

pics of the roll bar/seats/harness

Do you have any pics of your engine bay now?

BTW...are you aware of the safety issues with the Cusco roll bar?

more pictures of the installation process.......pretty please

drilling, trimming the rear panel, etc etc.

Also I don't think this will make a difference, but takata specifically recommends the position of the eye bolts:

here under 340WR

Where are the lower 2 points bolted to?

looks great!!! more pics!!!

Nice bar/seats/harnesses , but I wouldn't remove the stock roll bars to save a few pounds. Seems kind of dumb to me if you are going to keep the plastic trim anyway.

I wouldn't trust the cusco bar as far as I could throw it with my safety.

yes

the stocker is a low roll bar ... cusco is a bit higher with sturdier mounting points. the extra weight of the stockers was not needed.
