You know the outer part of the windshield? Where it is all black. Not the windshield itself. It is where to soft top meets the top of the car. Anyways, anyone pull off that take to reveal the Silverstone color? I have seen it on a Suzuka, and it looks awesome, but he also has a blue top. I am wondering what it will look like for a Silverstone with a black top! Thx

 

In case you don't know what I am talking about. The black tape outline in red. All s2k's can take this tape off and underneath will be the color of your car.

 

i just did a little search and came up with this...it was hard to find a silverstone that had both the tape off and the soft top up. (Sorry if the person who owns this car cares, i can remove it if you like.)



I kind of prefer the tape on, unless i had a HT matching in silverstone.

and 24s2k7, the picture of your car...is that the neighborhood off of sleepy hollow by any chance? looks kinda familiar

Guy here in Jax has a suzuka with it off and it looks really good. But he also has a blue top so.....

 

I'll agree it does flow a lot better when the top is down. But I wouldn't change it back.

Looks pretty good......but I'm biased......and hopfully buying a hardtop one of these years.
