Keep in mind that this camera was mounted a few inches from the driver-side exhaust tip. This is only what it sounds like if you had your ear within a few inches. Inside the car is COMPLETELY different, the only thing you can hear is a deeper tone @ lower rpms, up high it sounds exactly the way it did in stock form (engine/intake noise takes over) I will have some more video up soon, I will record drive-by's, in-car, and from another vehicle following . Stay tuned.

 

I couldn't help but wince during the gravel run.

 

Is it hard to remove the resonator? Is there a DIY somewhere?

 

^you need to cut the resonator off and weld a straight pipe to replace it, so unless you can weld it yourself, you'd need to go to an exhaust shop.

 

Love the video. i'm tired of those stupid ass videos of the camcorder on the ground recording still revs.
