I just wanted to see what it looks like in the 00-01 s2ks that just have the carpet. Is it the same thing they have in the 02-05. Because i got mine today and it was nothing of what i expected. I dont get my car untill the end of the week so i cant put it on, but it seems cheap. Also how would i install it.

i can promise you that the console cover does not look cheap-
once installed you will wonder how you ever put up with that carpet (now, that looks cheap!)

 

I had rick's console cover on my '01, and I agree that it looked "cheap" when you just unpackage it, but once you install it, you'll realize it's a high quality piece.

It's 100 times better than the vinyl covers on the 02-05 S2000's.

ONE THING I WOULD DO IS PUT DOUBLE SIDED TAPE ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE COVER FOR A NICE SMOOTH LOOK!! OH YEA FAR FROM
CHEAP LOOKING.
