Well, that depends on what you consider "fixable." The Enzo uses a carbon fiber moncoque, which is all ONE piece. From the damage the driver did to the car, Maranello probably would repair it, but it will most certainly be six figures of repair! Try filing an insurance claim for THAT one!

now if the owner would just hand me the keys i will take care of the duct tape for the front fenders and call it a day
